Burzcast SRL is a company registered in Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania.

Data Handling and Access

Burz Suite CRM is deployed by the customer within their own Azure subscription. We do not access or collect any CRM user data. The only data we receive is high-level, anonymized usage data from Microsoft Azure Marketplace for billing and analytics purposes.

Customer Control

All data resides within the customer’s own environment. Customers retain complete control and responsibility over their application instance and associated database(s). No Burzcast personnel can access or interact with your CRM data.

Our Commitment to Privacy

We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Burz Suite CRM is designed to operate independently within the customer’s Azure environment without transmitting personal or sensitive data to Burzcast.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies within the deployed app. Your own instance may collect logs or usage data only if explicitly configured to do so.
