Disabling or quitting BoltBurz safely

Disable BoltBurz from the menu bar when you want macOS to return to its normal sleep behavior, or quit the app when you no longer need it running.

To let your Mac sleep normally again, open the BoltBurz menu from the menu bar and choose Disable BoltBurz.

Disabling releases the active macOS keep-awake assertion, stops the internal timer, clears the selected duration, and sends a confirmation notification.

If you choose Quit, BoltBurz asks for confirmation first. Confirming quit also disables the active keep-awake session before the app closes, so your Mac returns to its standard sleep settings.

If BoltBurz was only running for a fixed duration, it disables itself automatically when the timer ends.
