To let your Mac sleep normally again, open the BoltBurz menu from the menu bar and choose Disable BoltBurz.
Disabling releases the active macOS keep-awake assertion, stops the internal timer, clears the selected duration, and sends a confirmation notification.
If you choose Quit, BoltBurz asks for confirmation first. Confirming quit also disables the active keep-awake session before the app closes, so your Mac returns to its standard sleep settings.
If BoltBurz was only running for a fixed duration, it disables itself automatically when the timer ends.
