MirCRM (“the App”) is licensed, not sold, to you by Burzcast SRL (“Licensor”). Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store Terms of Service.
This license does not allow you to distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or otherwise make the App available to third parties.

You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Remove proprietary notices or branding.
- Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Burzcast SRL. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.
MirCRM is a local-first application. Your data is stored on your device. Optional iCloud synchronization is handled exclusively through your Apple account. Licensor does not collect, store, or process your CRM data.

Licensor may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications. Updates may be required for continued functionality or compatibility. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.
This Agreement is between you and Burzcast SRL, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
Purchases of MirCRM made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple Inc. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s refund policies.
Burzcast SRL does not process payments directly for App Store purchases and does not have the ability to issue refunds for transactions completed through Apple.

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
