MirCRM is a local-first macOS application. All CRM data (clients, contacts, invoices, tasks, notes) is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud synchronization, data is processed by Apple under your Apple ID and subject to Apple’s privacy policies.

Burzcast SRL does not access, collect, store, or process your CRM data.

MirCRM does not collect, transmit, store, or monetize user CRM data.

The App does not include:
  • Third-party analytics SDKs
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Behavioral tracking mechanisms
  • Telemetry or hidden background data collection
All business data remains under your direct control.

Because MirCRM operates as a local-first application and does not process CRM data on behalf of users, Burzcast SRL generally does not act as a data controller or processor for user CRM content.

Where limited personal data may be processed (e.g., support communications), processing is based on:
  • Performance of a contract (App Store purchase and support)
  • Legitimate interest (responding to user inquiries)
  • Legal compliance obligations

MirCRM does not retain user CRM data. All business information remains stored locally on your device and, if enabled, within your personal iCloud account.

Support communications may be retained only as long as necessary to resolve the issue or comply with legal obligations.

MirCRM does not transfer CRM data to Burzcast SRL.

If you enable iCloud synchronization, data is processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies and infrastructure. Any international transfers performed by Apple are governed by Apple’s applicable legal safeguards.
