End User License Agreement (EULA) for Fbloc

IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Burzcast SRL, a Romanian registered company, governing the use of the Fbloc software (“Software”).

1. License Grant

Burzcast SRL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use Fbloc on multiple devices for personal or business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

• Permitted Use: You may install and use one copy of the Software per licensed user.

• Restrictions: You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software.

  • Rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, or share access to the Software.

  • Circumvent or disable any security or licensing mechanisms.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Burzcast SRL retains all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights in the Software.

3. Fees & Activation

This Software is a paid product. You must purchase a valid license before using it. Unauthorized copies or attempts to bypass licensing restrictions are strictly prohibited.

4. Updates & Support

• Burzcast SRL may provide updates, patches, or enhancements at its discretion.

• Support is available for licensed users under the terms specified on Burzcast’s official website.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.BURZCAST SRL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BURZCAST SRL OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

The Software does not collect or transmit personal data without user consent. Burzcast SRL follows GDPR and applicable privacy laws. See our full Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. Burzcast SRL may terminate this license if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

10. Miscellaneous

• This EULA represents the entire agreement between you and Burzcast SRL regarding this Software.

• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect.

BY INSTALLING OR USING Fbloc, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
